Paige Reese Whitaker was sworn in as a Superior Court Judge by Gov. Nathan Deal on February 27. 2017.
Judge Whitaker will serve in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, filing a vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Jerry W. Baxter.
Judge Whitaker previously served as a deputy district District Attorney in the Fulton County District Attorney’s office. She earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and her law degree from Duke University School of Law.
