Ashley Wright was sworn in as a Superior Court Judge by Gov. Nathan Deal on January 30th, 2017. Judge Wright will serve in the Augusta Judicial Circuit, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of Judge J. David Roper.
Wright previously served as the district attorney in the Augusta Judicial Circuit. She earned her undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, VA and her law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law. She resides in Augusta, GA.
