Paige Reese Whitaker was sworn in as a Superior Court Judge by Gov. Nathan Deal on February 27th, 2017.
Judge Whitaker will serve in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Jerry W. Baxter.
Judge Whitaker previously served as a deputy District Attorney in the Fulton County District Attorney’s office. She earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and her law degree from Duke University School of Law.
