J. Kelly Brooks Sworn in as Superior Court Judge

On Monday, February 23rd, 2015, J. Kelly Brooks was sworn in as a Superior Court Judge by Gov. Nathan Deal.  Brooks is filling a newly created judgeship in the Waycross Judicial Circuit. Before being appointed, Brooks was a partner at Adams and Brooks. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and his law degree from the University of Georgia.
