07/2010 Proposed Amendment to the Uniform Rules of Superior Court

At its business meeting on July 29, 2010, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 4, 6, 16, 17, 39 (including proposed new sentencing forms) and proposed new Rules 47 and 48.
