07/2024 – Proposed Amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules

At its business meeting on July 31, 2024, the Council of Superior Court Judges proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 24 and 39.

Should you have any comments on the proposed amendments, please submit them in writing to the Council of Superior Court Judges at 18 Capitol Square, Suite 104, Atlanta, GA 30334 or email them to uniformrules@cscj.org. To be considered, comments must be received by Friday, January 3, 2025.
