1/2025 Proposed Amendments to the Uniform Rules for Superior Court

At its business meeting on January 22, 2025, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 7, 17, 25, and 43. To be considered, comments must be received by Friday, July 18, 2025.
