Proposed Amendments to the Uniform Rules for Superior Court

At its business meeting on July 30, 2025, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 4, 10, and 21. To download a copy of the amendments – click here.

Should you have any comments on the proposed amendments, please submit them in writing to the Council of Superior Court Judges at 18 Capitol Square, Suite 104, Atlanta, Georgia 30334 or email them to uniformrules@cscj.org. To be considered, comments must be received by Friday, January 9, 2026.
