Proposed Amendments to the Uniform Rules for Superior Court

At its business meeting on January 22, 2026, the Council of Superior Court Judges approved  proposed amendments to Uniform Superior Court Rules 8 and 36. To download a copy of the amendments – click here.

Should you have any comments on the proposed amendments, please submit them in writing to the Council of Superior Court Judges by email to uniformrules@cscj.org. To be considered, comments must be received by Friday, July 17, 2026.
